The Creative Trails Workshop is designed to provide a fertile space where you can explore and unlock your creative potential.

Over 3 hours of immersion, you will be invited to engage in dynamic exercises and activities that stimulate imagination and offer fresh ways to approach challenges in a light-hearted manner.

This workshop draws on Art Therapy resources, promoting self-awareness, emotional connection, and personal expression.

A small ritual inspired by Afro-Brazilian traditions, offering flowers or thoughts to the water.
