INFINI COLIVING RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement concerns the rental of a living space within InfiniColiving, located at [address], for a fixed duration agreed upon by both parties.

2. RENTAL DURATION

The rental is granted for the selected period.

3. RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• All reservations are non-refundable.

• In case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, a cancellation may be considered by mutual agreement between both parties.

4. FINANCIAL TERMS

• The total cost of the stay is [amount] R$.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

5. TENANT’S OBLIGATIONS

The Tenant agrees to:

• Use the rented premises responsibly.

• Respect the house rules and safety regulations of the establishment.

• Bear full financial responsibility for any material damages caused to the accommodation (furniture, equipment, infrastructure, etc.).

6. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

The following services are not included in the base price and may incur additional charges:

• Laundry service

• Transportation (airport shuttle, excursions)

• Equipment rental (surfboard, bicycle, etc.) Any additional service must be paid separately.

7. LIABILITY

InfiniColiving shall not be held responsible for valuables left unattended on the premises.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of a dispute, both parties will attempt to reach an amicable settlement. Failing that, the competent court will be that of the location of the accommodation.
